Whilst at City and Islington College, I was observed ammually by various curriculum managers. Typically these were 90 minute observations looking at the effectiveness of my teaching and the extent of student learning . These were taken very seriously by the college. I feel proud that, over eleven consecutive years from 2005 - 2016, I consistently achieved a grade 1 (outstanding).
